Strawberry Ice Cream

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients

  • 4 pints fresh strawberries
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 ΒΌ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups half & half

Instructions

  • Chop the strawberries in blender. Add lemon juice and sugar, blend and then chill for an hour or till ready to use. Add the whipping cream and the half & half. Mix thoroughly and freeze in ice cream maker.
